Given, A= {x: x Є I and -2 < x < 4}

              = {-1, 0, 1, 2, 3}

B= {y: y is a root of y2 – 9=0}

   = {-3, 3}

⇒ A×B= {(-1, -3), (-1, 3), (0, -3), (0, 3), (1, -3), (1, 3), (2, -3), (2, 3), (3, -3), (3, 3)}

⇒ n (A×B)= 10
