1. The university will open a Mock Test Portal (MTP) to familiarize the
scholars to the web Open Text Book Examination (OTBE) process.
2. The MTP are going to be open for various streams on different days
(prior to the particular examination) and can typically open for a few
of days, counting on the amount of examinee within the streams.
3. it's extremely important to notice that this Mock Test isn't meant
to check the knowledge of the examinee or to supply any sample question
paper for any subject. This test is simply an attempt to familiarize the
scholar to the technicalities of the web examination process as there'll
NOT be any offline processes during the method .

How will the Mock Test be Conducted ?
1. A student is meant to login to the MTP (Click Here) on the day for that specific stream or subject with the credentials (as
per requirements given within the MTP).
2. The Mock Test portal are going to be open from 08:00 Hours to 16:00
Hours on each day and a student can login anytime during this interval. they
will also login multiple times to ascertain if the method is satisfactory if
they face some difficulty in one login session.
3. Upon login to the MTP, the scholar are going to be required to download
a document (NOT an Question Paper), the method of which can be same as
downloading the particular question paper. A sample of this document also

here, which lists the instructions a student must follow during this mock
exercise.
4. After which the scholar are going to be asked to upload a sample scanned
PDF file of maximum size 5.0MB.
5. The Mock Test concludes once both the downloading and uploading process
is completed.
6. the scholar will get exactly same environment because the MTP in theory
actual examination.
7. During this Mock Preparation, the examinee should try keep the download
and upload times within the bounds already published

Guidelines Related To Answer Script
1. All answers MUST be handwritten by the examinee on white & blank

How To Scan Answer Script
For iOS Devices
You can use the Notes app to scan documents and add signatures on
your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
1. Open Notes and select a note or create a new one.
2. Tap the Camera button , then tap Scan Documents.
3. Place your document in view of the camera.
4. If your device is in Auto mode, your document will automatically scan.
If you need to manually capture a scan, tap the Shutter button. or one of
the Volume buttons. Then drag the corners to adjust the scan to fit the
page, then tap Keep Scan.
5. Tap Save or add additional scans to the document.

For Android devices like smartphones from Samsung, Motorola, Vivo, Redme,
Realme etc., there are many free apps, which you'll download to your device
and use it for scanning your document and convert to an unloadable PDF.

Time And Size Limits
For Downloading Question Paper
The question paper for every OTBE are going to be available for download
within the examination portal half-hour before the commencement of the
examination.
For Uploading Answer Script
1. The student are going to be ready to upload the PDF copy of the
solution script after half-hour from the time of commencement of the
examination and therefore the upload facility are going to be available
until one hour (60 minutes) after the top of the examination.
2. For example, if the particular time of the examination is from 09:00
hours to 12:00 hours, the question paper are going to be available to the
scholar at 08:30 hours. The uploading window are going to be open from
09:30 hours and can remain open till 13:00 hours.
3. In case, a student tries to upload the solution script but fails to try
to to so, she/he are going to be ready to still upload for an additional
additional half-hour after the top of the designated hour for upload.
4. If however, the scholar fails to upload the solution script even during
the extra time, s/he are going to be marked as ABSENT within the
examination.
5. If however a student doesn't attempt to upload and chooses to attend ,
for such a student, the upload time will expire at the designated hour and
therefore the student are going to be marked ABSENT.
