Solution:

⇨Given, $Given 15 cot A = 8, find sin A and sec A ?$

$\large \Rightarrow cotA=\frac{8}{15}$

⇨We Know That,

$\large cotA=\frac{8}{15}=\frac{b}{p}$

⇨Therefore, b=8, p=15, h=?

⇨From Pythagoras Theorem

$\large h^2=p^2+b^2$

$\large \Rightarrow h^2=15^2+8^2$

$\large \Rightarrow h^2=225+64$

$\large \Rightarrow h^2=289$

$\large \Rightarrow h^2=17^2$

$\large \Rightarrow h=17$

⇨Now,

$\large sinA=\frac{p}{h}=\frac{15}{17}$

$\large secA=\frac{h}{b}=\frac{17}{8}$
