⇨p=180000

⇨ r = 8 %

⇨ n = 2 years

⇨ Population after 2 years will be

$\large A=p\left ( 1+\frac{r}{100} \right )^{n}$

$\large \Rightarrow A=180000\left ( 1+\frac{8}{100} \right )^{2}$

$\large \Rightarrow A=180000\left (\frac{100+8}{100} \right )^{2}$

$\large \Rightarrow A=180000\left (\frac{108}{100} \right )^{2}$

$\large \Rightarrow A=180000\times \frac{11664}{10000}$

$\large \Rightarrow A=18\times 11664$

$\large \Rightarrow A=209952$
